Hueco Mundo
Hueco Mundo is almost entirely a desert wasteland. It looks as if it is eternal night among deserts of white sands. It is the realm of the Hollows, and their equivalent to the Soul Society. All residents of Hueco Mundo are Hollows of some kind, but there is still a functional ecosystem at work, where the Hollows that remain unfortunate enough to have most become mindless function as essentially animals. Others have varying degrees of sentience (we know this is a break from Canon) and all PCs are fully functioning, and sentient.
Wastelands
The Wastelands are just that; wastelands. It is almost entirely desert, but there are villages here and there dotted about where the sentient Hollows may gather in small alliances. The residents of the Wastelands are those that have been found not to be of value to any of the Espada, and are instead forced to fight amongst themselves and cannibalize each other to eventually gain power and become a part of the armies assembled by the Espada.
Las Noches
Las Noches is the home of the Espada and those lucky enough to be recruited into the armies of one of the Espada. It is a massive domed palace that is closer to the size of a city than the size of a building. The ceiling of Las Noches has been modified to create the illusion of a day/night cycle similar to the Living World and Soul Society. There is a massive building in the middle, with towers at each of its 4 corners. The building in the middle is the throne room and residency of the Primera Espada and his men, while the surrounding towers are the other four Espada and their men.
Espada
The Espada are the rulers of Hueco Mundo. They are a faction of 5 of the strongest Hollows and Arrancars who all lead purely by strength, fear, and shows of force. Unlike Canon, the Espada on BLS are a conglomerate of both Hollows and Arrancars and they do not squabble over which is which. They have more of a "real recognizes real" mentality. The Espada are numbered in Spanish, being the Primera, Segunda, Tres, Cuatro, and Quinto Espadas, numbered by order of strength. Each has a Fraccione, who is their equivalent of the Lieutenants. The Primera Espada is on the same level as the Captain-Commander, and the others are Captain-Class. It is common for in-fighting to occur among the Espada and their men for shots at the leadership roles, be it a lower Hollow aspiring to be a Fraccion, or the Segunda Espada trying to become the Primera. They will fight to near-death, or often times kill each other in the process to prove their power and achieve the position they want.
