Effect: Seele Schneider is held in the hand like either a blade or arrow, and can either be swung or shot as either one. The spirit particles move around the edge of the blade at three million rotations per second. That high frequency vibration softens the spirit particles around the area that it cuts. A Quincy can then steal the loosened spirit particles and turn them into weapons of their own.
