Quincies
Quincies are humans and residents of the World of the Living. Quincy are inspired by German Reich, wearing similar symbolism and naming their skills and abilities in German. Quincy, similarly to Soul Reaper, exist with a primary function being to kill Hollows. Quincy, differently from Soul Reapers, destroy Hollows completely rather than cleansing their soul and allowing them to pass on. This creates a tension between Quincy and the Soul Society, as the destruction of the souls creates an imbalance in both worlds, which can bring about the collapse of both. Quincy have a structured heirarchy, where pureblood quincy families (Echt) hold authority over the impure quincies (Gemischt). The head of the most powerful Echt family is typically the leader of the Quincies.
Quincy Powers
Spirit Weapon | This is the main form of combat for at least early level Quincy. It is a manifestation of reishi as a weapon. This weapon is traditionally a ranged weapon, and its damage scales as the average between Reiatsu and Strength or Speed, whichever is most relevant. Spirit Weapons, unlike Zanpakuto, destroy the souls of those they kill. The ammunition to these weapons are called Holy Arrows (Helig Pfiel).
Quincy Tools | Quincy Tools are the techniques available to Quincy, and their substitute for Kido. They usually take the form of capsules in which Reishi is stored, and when said Reishi is released, it is manipulated in a predetermined way according to how the capsule was designed. This is left purposely ambiguous, and creativity is the limit. Examples of these tools are extremely powerful versions of Helig Pfiel (Seele Schneider), traps with Reishi explosions, and whatever else you may come up with.
Hirenkyaku | This is a high-speed movement technique available to Quincy. The difference between it and Sonido or Shunpo is; Quincy form a stream of Reishi beneath their feet and ride that stream at extreme speeds. All Quincy start with Basic Hirenkyaku, and the forms of Hirenkyaku are detailed in the spoiler below.

Appearance: A Quincy appears to disappear and reappear in a different location, with the sound of a small swish following their trail. If the eyes could follow, one would see the Quincy riding on a visible stream of reishi.
Description: The Quincy moves extremely quickly from point A to point B, with a range of up to 50 meters. It is important to note that the Quincy does not teleport, and instead moves between this space. This means if the terrain cannot be traversed, this doesn't help. They also cannot move through walls or attacks, and at this level, Hirenkyaku requires so much concentration that they cannot attack in the same post AFTER Basic Hirenkyaku has already been used. Once used, this skill goes on cooldown for 2 posts.

Schrifts | Quincy have access to a tier 1 evolution called their Schrift. This is a unique power altogether in return for losing access to their Empowered Spirit Weapon.
Empowered Spirit Weapon | Quincy do not have to take a Schrift, and instead can take another tier 1 evolution that empowers their spirit weapon. This is similar to a Shikai, but it is a permanent evolution.
Vollstandig | Vollstandig is a tier 2 evolution where Quincy begin harnessing the Reishi all around them to empower their unique ability or Spirit Weapon. It transforms their weapon or ability slightly, as well as their body. Often, this is in the form of wings.
Blut | Quincy can use a skill called Blut from birth. There are two variations; Blut Arterie and Blut Vene. The former increases a Quincy's offensive power, and the latter increases their defensive power. They use different Reishi systems, however, meaning that only one can be used at a time.

Appearance: Blut Vene appears as what looks like a visible veinous system of reishi beneath the user's skin.
Description: When Blut Vene is active, the effective durability of the Quincy is increased when they receive attacks. This is by an amount of 1 by tiers 5 and 4, 2 for tiers 3 and 2, and 3 for tier 1. When Blut Vene is active, Blut Arterie cannot also be active. Additionally, once a Quincy switches between the two forms, they cannot switch for 2 more posts. At tier 4 this is reduced to 1 more post, and at tier 1 the quincy can switch once per post.

Tier Points for Quincies
- Blessing | Blessing is a tier 1 Evolution that either gives the quincy a Schrift or empowers their Spirit Weapon. Cannot be chosen with your first Tier Point. This is permanent.
- Vollstandig | Vollstandig is a tier 2 transformation and is the final form of a Quincy. It expands upon their unique power or Spirit Weapon, and increases their power. Requires Blessing.
- Tool Expert | Allows for the use of up to level 3 tools, as well as 1 more tool slot per tier (1 at tier 5, 2 at tier 4, etc). Increases Reiatsu by 2.
- Tool Master | Allows for the use of up to level 5 Tools, as well as 1 more tool slot per tier, stacking with Tool Expert (1 at tier 5, 2 at tier 4, etc). Increases Reiatsu by 2. Requires Tool Expert.
- Hirenkyaku Expert | Replaces Basic Hirenkyaku with Expert Hirenkyaku. Increases Speed by 2.
- Hirenkyaku Master | Replaces Expert Hirenkyaku with Master Hirenkyaku. Increases speed by 2 more. Requires Hirenkyaku expert.
