Body/Face Ragar appears to be a young and slender twenty year old man with white silky skin. He has shoulder length dark pink hair outlined with purple hues. His eyebrows follow along with the very same colour scheme. He has sharp almost rectangular like eye sockets. His eyes themselves are a sparkling blue color. His nose is long yet quite slender giving his face a softer appearance.
Attire: Ragar wears an altered version of the traditional Shinigami attire. In fact, it more closely matches that of Samurai attire of a blue and grey Hakama. His waist his surrounded by a black and gold hip guard equipped with red plated panel. Covering the top of his Hakama he dons a black shitagi with the inside embroidered with pink and purple flowers and vines. Pinned onto the front of the shitagi is a large pink rose flower which represents his family crest.

Social: Ragar is a generally social person. He typically behaves in a nonchalant matter with his friends only deeming to pay attention a lot of the time when something catches his interest. He does deeply care about those he loves and is extremely protective.  He focuses only on the positive thing and thing that makes things better for others. There’s are times where his ego gets the best of him, and he reacts on impulse by wildly lunging at a person on yelling. Other than that he is a very passive person he intends to let people's rude comments and attitudes be fuel to his goals and passions. He enjoys studying other people and learning human behavioral Patterns which makes a curious person.
He comes off as a happy person around people also smiling and lifting up others. When he is sad or upset, he tends to isolate himself from other to regroup. When alone he only has one goal to hone his abilities and skills which usually leaves him with a serious side. However, in regard to his family he is incredibly spiteful and angered with their treatment of them because of his childhood. He only closely cares for his younger brother and protect him at all costs.
Combat: He is very fascinated by fighting and has an intense feeling to protect and issue out judgement to those he deems are evil. He enjoys partaking in them but even more watching them. While fighting his personality changes the most. He takes serious to the next level by adding sadistic movements and hostile attacks. He at the start of the fight he will become an analyst constantly closely observing his opponents to come up with the best responses.
Misc: Ragar is found of the concept of justice there for actively looking to stand up for those in trouble or against evil. He fears being abandoned by those he cares about and is willing to fight to protect relationships. His is prone to develop a state of tunneling down issues if he suffers a loss in attempt to figure out what went wrong.



Childhood/Parents: Born as a twin along with his younger brother Hatsu, Ragar was born extremely weak and sickly. His family the Rose Family were known to birth prodigal talents in reiatsu and kido control. However, within the womb alongside his brother his development was halted and absorbed to empower his other twin. This caused his innate ability in reaitsu control to be entirely gifted to his younger brother causing his twin to exhibit inhuman talents in reiatsu control. From the lack of his own innate ability in reiatsu and kido control he treated like an outcast by not only his parents but the rest of his family. His father would actively beat and abuse the young child for his lack of talent in reiatsu control because he was the name’s sake of his branch in the family. The only person who he could count on was the brother who took his ability that didn’t treat him any different. In fact his brother encouraged him to go down his own unique path of becoming a strength based Shinigami.
Early Adulthood/Academy: Now with his own path to become a strength based Shinigami, he would began vigorously training his body. He would also train in the academy to acquire great ability in close combat fighting styles. Due to his sheer determination, he would slowly raise his own ability in hand-to-hand combat and sword play to reach the heights of combating the average members in his family. Due to his younger brothers support in his path he too would choose to follow him into the kido division upon graduation to fulfil his role as an older brother to protect the only one who cared from him in his family.
