Appearance
Body/Face: A frail frame; though not boney. An attractive face often plagued by some fashion of sour or doubt. Neither his hands nor body are calloused by combat; nor does he have scars.
Attire: Almost always seen in the Black Kimono Shinigami are known for; he’s got some basic robes he may wear otherwise. Other than that however, it’s a well known fact that he doesn’t have any other sets.
Faceclaim: Sakurayashiki Kaoru (SK8 the Infinity)
Personality
Social: While his face is often plagued by sour or doubt; it's mostly because of his more contemplative nature. Due to being born with unnaturally high Reiatsu and a weaker body; both for reasons he refuses to elaborate on.
From young, he was raised with everything he could ever want; there's nothing that could ever kill his guilt about how he has his powers. It's this guilt that has driven him to directly dote on his twin brother. It's also due to this guilt that his face is often portraying a foul emotion. The contemplation that he's doing is mostly about if he can help his brother gain back the power he was to have; but so far has come up with nothing.
Though it's not so far as to say he compares himself at every measure, Hatsu is intensely proud of the fact that his brother has gotten as far as he has despite his setbacks. Thus, he attempts to push himself forward as much as he can to make sure his brother is proud.
Combat: A slow-acting combatant who's ideal combat is killing someone in a single hado. That's Hatsu's core of combat.
Misc: He’s mostly a fan of bland food and things like that. His bland taste in food lends itself to most of his personal stuff. Bland and practical, as he feels he doesn’t need the luxury that he was used to early.
History
Childhood/Parents: As stated in his personality, he was born a child with an abundant amount of Reiatsu. He wasn't born alone; as he had a twin. While Hatsu had been born with a fairly okay body; and a decent mind. The same couldn't have been said about his brother, who was born sick and weakly.
Hatsu was raised in the lap of luxury, given the best training that money could buy to try to make sure the child could achieve his full potential. Hatsu proved early that he had the ability to handle his potential. Of course, when his family had started to bully his twin brother, he stepped in. Not that it stopped all of the bullying.
Early Adulthood/Academy: When Hatsu entered the academy, he was scouted early by the Kido Squadron. He directly refused to join the squad unless Ragar was let in. While his academy years were mostly uninteresting due to his overwhelming reiatsu and easy path in life; he always made sure to keep an eye on his twin brother. As after all, Hatsu was very much a fan of his brothers stupid willpower and endurance in the face of bafflingly high adversity.
